
MIA HAAKE
3rd Year Interior Design
Mia is a third-year interior design student from Olathe, Kansas. She is currently an active member and mentor of ASID at the FJSOA+D and is interested in pursuing all areas of interdisciplinary design that provide her with creative opportunity. Mia has a passion for forming connections with others to understand how a space can successfully serve them. Through design, she emphasizes the power of eliciting emotion and expression to create an interactive experience. After working on a house flipping project in Kansas City, Missouri, during Summer 2021, Mia plans to study abroad in Rome during Summer 2022.
