Architecture + Design
Ava Prentice is a fourth-year Interior Architecture and Design student from Oklahoma City, OK. She is a student member of ASID, a participant in ASID’s mentor-mentee program, and a fundraising co-chair for the Arkansas student chapter of ASID. Ava has completed an internship with IMI Design Studio in Scottsdale, AZ which expanded her professional and technical knowledge and further inspired her passion for good design. This past summer, Ava studied Scandinavian furniture design in Copenhagen, Denmark. There, she designed and built a chair that was later exhibited at the Fay Jones School. Ava believes that good design should cultivate spaces that elevate the human experience.
